Some credit unions will need you to save money with them for a number of weeks before they allow you to start borrowing – this is down to the individual credit union. 3. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
3.1
If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the Consumer
Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, within 14 days of
delivery for an exchange or refund. However the following points must be
observed:

Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original
packaging, along with thereceipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Items are to be returned at your expense unless the item purchased was
damaged or faulty when you received it. The amount charged for collection is

3.2 All products are checked on return to our warehouse. In the event of
the product being used, or an accessory is missing, a full refund will not be
processed.
3.3 To return an item please contacts sales@coop.co.uk quoting your
order number.
3.4 Please note that the manufacturer endeavours to offer a free repair
service for all products that develop a fault, not caused by accident, misuse
or neglect, within the manufacturers guarantee period.
3.5 If the product develops more than three technical faults in the
first year of the guarantee period an identical or comparable replacement will
be offered if requested.
3.6 In the event that the goods have already been despatched at the date
of receipt of your cancellation of the order you must return the goods to us
and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods within
30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. If
you do not return the goods within 21 days of your cancellation, we will make a
charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods.
3.7 Please note that when purchasing a product the delivery charge is
subsidized, the full cost of returning the product will be charged. If you do
not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30
days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the
goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be
charged for your order at the price set out on the web site.
3.8 As we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods
we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Please note that all goods
return must be in their original packaging and with all seals intact.
