- Pay the full amount shown on the invoice in one transaction
- The payment outlet will issue you with a receipt for your payment

A.Your barcode contains no personal details about you – only your transaction. If someone finds your barcode, all they can do is pay for your purchase.
Q.Does paying offline delay the completion of my online purchase?
A.Unlike other methods of payment, where a credit/debit card is used to make an online purchase, your delivery will be dependent on when you make your payment.

How long will a loan application take through a credit union?
Loans through a credit union are not instant and can take up to two weeks to be approved. Smarterbuys will reserve your order for you for up to two weeks to allow you time to organise this.

Some credit unions will need you to save money with them for a number of weeks before they allow you to start borrowing – this is down to the individual credit union. product(s). All contracts are formed in accordance with the General Terms of
Sale. Please read both documents carefully before ordering your product(s).

These terms and conditions will apply to and form part of the Contract.
1. Deal Period
1.1
These product(s) will be available to purchase from 2nd April subject
to stock availability.
2. Product:
2.1
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product(s) is suitable for the
location it will be used in (ie measuring the space available to confirm
product(s) will fit)
2.2
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product(s), on delivery, will fit
through all access points to your home and room where the product(s) will be
located.
2.3
For mattress only orders, it is your responsibility to measure the base it is
intended to be used on to ensure the mattress is the correct size for the base
(all mattresses are designed to fit UK size beds and will not be suitable for
continental sizes)
2.4
All bed frames will require assembly
unless an optional assembly service is indicated .
2.5
Images used are for display purposes only, there may be variations in
colour/fabric of the delivered product(s)
2.6
Mattress
and bed linen are for photographic purposes only and are not included in the
deal unless stated
3. Delivery
3.1
For this product(s), delivery is available to the following areas only:
England
Wales
3.2
We aim to deliver within 7 working days of your order being placed excluding
weekends and full payment being made.
3.3
Delivery details (date/special instructions etc) will be advised via email or
phone, you must confirm that you have received this email and that the delivery
details are suitable.
3.4
Delivery will take place on the date agreed (Monday to Friday) in the
confirmation between 8am and 6pm.
3.5
It is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available on the date
specified to accept delivery, if not you may incur additional delivery charges
for any retry attempts. All product(s) must be signed for on delivery.
4. Collection of old mattress/bed
4.1
Please note that your old mattress and/or bed will not be collected/removed upon delivery of your new product(s). You
can contact your local authority who can arrange for this to be collected from
your property and may be free of charge.
5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
5.1
You may cancel your order at any time prior to the seventh working day after
the day you have received your product(s).
5.2
You are liable for the cost of return/collection of your product(s) should you
cancel your order. This may vary by product you will be informed of this before
collection is made. All returns must be in the original packaging and must not
have been assembled prior to collection.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS THE GOODS ARE PACKAGED
IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ARE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION.
DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS MATTRESSES CANNOT BE
RETURNED IF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING HAS BEEN OPENED. PLEASE ENSURE THE MATTRESS
IS SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS BEFORE OPENING ANY PACKAGING.
5.3

6. Warranty

All products supplied come
with a 1 year manufacturer’s guarantee.
